New Year's Day 2010

“Everything that can be measured can be managed”

A new year has started and I know that the health clubs are filling up with new members, and the old members are saying to themselves they need to be consistent, and make the resolution to get there a few times a week. At Nutrisystem, after the holidays was our busiest time.

Not an easy goal for any of us. We have lots going on in our lives and though we want to succeed with fitness, somehow, it is time consuming and takes awhile to show results.

I’ve joined clubs over the years but found that for me, I need to have equipment at home and then be disciplined and motivated to use it. My treadmill, Fit 10 product, and nutrient, ReNew, helps me manage my weight and feel energized. Also, I feel like I am taking care of Harriet’s needs. I don’t want to live to be in my 90’s like my Mom, if I’m not fit.

What’s Age Got to Do With It?, a book we sell, has inspired me to be dedicated to fitness for the last 14 years.

But take a read at this article by Azita Arvani, in our latest Fitness News or read the article here - Women’s Entrepreneur, and maybe with a couple of apps, you will have more fun and find your exercise program more enjoyable.

I sure hope so. The bottom line, without exercise your health will suffer. It’s a fact.
