Learning a lesson from Outdoor Experts - buy the best sleeping bag

Isn’t it interesting that we can encounter so many obstacles in our business day and can still function all right?

For example, what foods started your day to give you energy and nutrients? Nothing? Ok. I don’t like having a breakfast either. I still function pretty well

For example, did you put on shoes this morning that somehow are just not right for the day, heels when you really needed to take a walk with a friend at lunch? And you forgot to bring sneaker. Still somewhat ok. I walk pretty well in heels.

But let’s look at one thing that is crucial and without it you are not going to do well, be alert, or function at the level you like.

Sleeping! Ok if you missed some sleep one night. Actually for some even that’s not ok. But let’s look at someone who continually goes to sleep too late and does not get a good sleep night after night. It will definitely take its toll on our health.

There’s proof this morning in my household. Rick had about 8 hours. Unheard of for Rick. But let me tell you he did not stop talking about how great he felt. Sure he’s talking all our good stuff, but sleep really made the difference. Go Rick today!
