IMPORTANT: No returns will be accepted for a return after 30 days from date of shipment.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

UPS, FEDEX & Prepaid Truck Shipments: Check your order immediately upon arrival. All damages must me noted upon delivery receipt. All shortages and damages must be reported to Youthing Essentials 530:432:9033 within 5 days of delivery.

To Return Merchandise Follow These Easy Steps

1. Call our Customer Service Department at 530.432.9033 for a return authorization number (RA #). All merchandise must be returned properly packaged.
2. Clearly write your return authorization number on the outside of the return box.
3. We cannot accept opened or used, products for credit or refund.
4. Any claims of discrepancies in shipment must be made within 3 calendar days of your date of receipt of merchandise.
5. Please clearly print the reasons for return.
6. Non-defective returns are subject to a re-stocking fee of 15% (fifteen percent) of the price.

ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT RA# WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND NO CREDIT/REFUND WILL BE ALLOWED.

Certain Youthing Essentials products are NOT returnable as directed by USDA and FDA policy. These include food supplements and ‘cosmetics’ that have been opened, used or altered in any way from the manufactures’ original’ packaging.
